Numa Coaching
Here at Numa, we believe in human flourishing.
Everyone deserves the opportunity to live freely and fully. We offer an individualized, 1-1 coaching approach to support your full potential.
Coaching is life-changing work. It requires courage to take ground in your life, confront your beliefs, and heal from harm. Our coaches will support you wherever you are in your process whether that’s: identifying and pursuing your life purpose, processing and exploring your sexuality or gender identity, deconstructing evangelical Christianity, navigating relationships, breaking family cycles, parenting intentionally, managing your money, social media content creation, or something else entirely, our coaches are ready to work alongside you as you embark on your specific journey.
Mike takes some clients personally and refers clients to our team of coaches. Every coach has been personally and rigorously trained by Mike and holds the same standards in their practice. Each applicant is placed with the coach we believe will be their best fit but we do our best to honor requests if you have someone specific in mind.
